Regional People & Hospitality Partner – Central & Eastern KY

Starting Salary: $60,000
Location: Based in the Lexington, KY area; Living in the assigned market is not required but highly encouraged.
Travel: Weekly, 4–5 days per week
Reports To: Drake’s Director of Training

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a people-focused leader to serve as a Regional People & Hospitality Partner supporting Drake’s stores in the Lexington, Florence, and Pikeville KY Market. This field-based role is open to all team members, including Certified Trainers, Key Hourly leaders, and current managers. You’ll play a vital role in reinforcing BHG values through hiring, training, engagement, and compliance support.

What You’ll Do

Culture, Engagement & Retention

• Champion BHG’s values during in-person store visits

• Build strong connections with team members and management

• Support morale, engagement, and retention initiatives across locations

• Reinforce recognition efforts and culture consistency in your region

Hiring & Onboarding

• Coach store leaders on compliant and effective hiring practices

• Investigate hiring practices and provide insight into hiring trends and gaps

• Audit and support onboarding documentation in JazzHR and GideonSoft

• Provide hands-on assistance for in-market hiring and pre-opening needs

Training Oversight

• Monitor training completion and implementation across stores

• Collaborate with Training Directors on team and leadership development

• Facilitate and coach in-person onboarding and support training rollouts in-market

Compliance & Team Member Support

• Conduct HR audits (postings, certifications, documentation)

• Support store leaders in writing and documenting coaching conversations

• Collaborate with HR to ensure consistency in documentation and compliance

What You Bring

• BHG Certified Trainer status preferred

• Experience as a Key Hourly or Manager strongly preferred

• Relationship-focused, detail-oriented, and values-driven

• Preferred: Proficiency using JazzHR, GideonSoft, myBHG, and Microsoft Office tools

• Approval from current MP or supervisor will be sought prior to interviews
   
• Based in the Lexington region; relocation support is available
