Brand Manager
Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG) is seeking a Brand Manager to coordinate and manage projects and events pertaining to the marketing of any or all BHG brands while protecting the image and integrity of each.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be able to work from BHG corporate office and restaurants in Lexington, KY. Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee marketing projects including, but not limited to, the following:
Execute marketing efforts across multiple brands
Campaigns and Promotions
Print Materials: Menus, sandwich boards, table tents, brochures, fliers, banners, etc.
Signage
Digital Marketing: Website, email, social media, digital ads
Photography
Written Projects: Press releases, letters, advertising, web content
Manage professional partnerships (organizations and publications)
Build relationships and work alongside partners to ensure partnerships are mutually beneficial
Manage contractual agreements, financial commitments and assets pertaining to partnership/sponsorship
Coordinate and provide marketing assets, as needed
Coordinate special events
Plan start to finish, working alongside relevant team members and third parties
Promote applicable brand(s)
Coordinate signage, marketing materials, and promotional products
Attend as needed
Market new locations
Perform market research
Build relationships with chamber, schools, and organizations within the community
Coordinate all signage and marketing assets related to building, hiring, and opening
Plan opening events
Manage projects, campaigns, events and promotions
Brand Manager will manage projects through each phase of the process; planning and brainstorming to implementation and completion. Many projects/campaigns include several elements and run simultaneously, making time management and multitasking important assets.
Serve as a liaison between BHG and team members, vendors, professional partners, investors, community members and guests
Brand Manager will communicate between BHG leadership team and team members (in-store promotions/campaigns), vendors (orders/account management), professional partners (partnerships/media), investors (correspondence, presentations), members of community (hospitality/ charity) and guests (email/ correspondence).
Display strong written and oral communication skills
Brand Manager will assist with written projects as they relate to marketing and guest relations. Most days are filled with writing, proofing, and editing. Use of proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation is necessary.
Manage digital, social and email marketing efforts
Brand Manager will assist in management of digital/online presence, website, social media, and email marketing.
Perform independently at high level; Self-sufficient
Brand Manager should be a self-starter and work independently; the candidate should exude self-confidence and motivation to succeed in every aspect. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field Preferred
3+ years work experience in marketing, communications, project management Preferred
Strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
Ability to be creative and think outside the box
Ability to organize multiple projects while working with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines
